Oh yeah, Rigs... I remember those days well and realize that I'm not going to make a killing on this house... Right now, I'd probably be happy just to get the price of the land outta the deal and throw in the house for what I have in it... That would break me even... That figure is right at 20% less than the asking price which from what I read is about where the market is...

One nice thing is that the property is two hours south of Washington, D.C., is very private, has great views looking up at Skyline Drive on the Blue Ridge Mountains and the buyer can pick out all their kitchen and bathroom cabinets and fixtures... Everything is is completely finished along with real hardwoopd floors done the old fashion way...
