LOL...fun stories!

LH, I love rice milk; it's the only kind of milk I use. Since I am watching my carbs, I don't think I'll try your recipe, but it sounds good.

I put water on to boil, add brown sugar, stir it in 'til it dissolves, then pour in the oats. I cheat and get the one minute ones. By the time I've stirred them in they are almost done. I then put them in a ceramic bowl in which I have placed a very small amount of butter. Oatmeal melts it, I stir and eat. Yummy!!
