Thank you for all of you hard work in putting together the 2008 FSGW Getaway program. My thanks also to Carly and Lorraine. Some suggestions on workshops:

Songs from across the pond and back again -- years ago Carly led such a workshop at the WFF. It was fun to hear the songs that were adopted from the British Isles and those that made their way back again -- in different form. Carly and Elizabeth would be great hosts for this work shop.   

Something like songs of the U.S. civil war era (personal reflections of the time) -- with Judy Cook as host.   

If rumors are true and Dwaine Thorp (sp)is joining us this year, a blues workshop would be great.

I'm always a complete sucker for a do woop workshop. If Ken Schatz is joining us this year he would be a natural to host this work shop with Amos.
