Who prepared that oatmeal? Was it imported or domestic oatmeal?    Were you alone at the time? And was the house locked or open? Have you had anyone dust for fingerprints? Do you have any reason to believe that someone might want you dead? If so, who?

What we gotta do here is gather all possible witnesses, check out all theoretical suspects' activities on the day of the crime, gather forensic evidence, look for motive...the usual stuff.
