A recent Windows update has apparently messed up web access for people who (1) have Windows ME or XP and (2) use one of the Zone Alarm firewall/virus protection products. ZA says, Microsoft Update KB951748 is known to cause loss of internet access for ZoneAlarm users on Windows XP/2000. Windows Vista users are not affected. The fix is basically to go in to 'add and delete programs" and remove that update.
