I got help just as quickly on mudcat (see other thread on same topic). Didn't need to disable Zone Alarm, which I greatly appreciate for it's FREE protection. I also have McAfee, and both work very well, although ZA does cause some hiccups occasionally with certain updates. But its free and worthwhile IMHO.
