When I go to the polls I will remember that this country is mired in a long lasting deadly war that was not necessary and that the President and members of his party lied to Congress and the American people to get support for the war; that the economy of the country is the worst that it has been in my life time and getting worse; that plans and incentives for alternative forms of energy have been stonewalled by the present ruling party for over thirty years and no significant plans are now being presented; and that the national debt must be brought under control. I cannot pat the present ruling party on the back and say "good job. Keep up the good work."
