The billboard is along a main road separating Calgary from the Tsu-Tina Nation (adv. billboards not permitted on roadways in the City or Province, but OK on Indian land).

Apparently mortgages have been foreclosed in some resort destinations, and Canadians are starting to take advantage of the opportunities, especially in California. I haven't checked, but I would guess that these would be low or middle price properties, the high end not affected.
