Indeed Ralphie ... I well remember sitting cross legged on the schoolroom floor in rapt attention, listening to those sounds purling forth from the radio speaker on the wall. William Appleby was such a great influence on us all wasn't he? A man before his time.

But I think you mistake the laughing and dancing around the room - there were two programmes after all ... and the dancing would have been associated with Music and Movement, surely??
