Christ I have just had the most miserable night of my life due to a slice of bloody Apple pie.

I've had digestive problems in the past, but nothing comes close to Apple acid. I actually suffered chest pains and pressure. The burning was so bad it kept me up all night, pacing the floor trying to burp, because it was too painful.


It doesn't matter whether you are suffering from burping, bloating, acid reflux, all you get from your doctor is "It's not something you die from, it's something you die with it". I have tried every tablet and concoction on the market, still I suffer. The only thing that helps in a spoonful of Baking Soda in water.

So Apple pie is now added to my "avoid"list which includes sausage rolls,pre-cooked pies,jellied-eels and pickled eggs.

Any fellow suffers out there, what's on your list ?
