Potatoes and lilies? Well no wonder: THIS Jersey (the NEW one lol) is known as the Garden State (as you can plainly read on the license plates of the thousands of cars stuck in traffic on the NJ Turnpike). NJ also has what is supposedly the largest Iris Gardens in the world. I've been there and the irises are quite lovely. All kinds of colors from yellow to apricot to purple and black and even green. Are they really the largest??

I would suspect othewise. But you don't wanna argue with no one from New Jersey ;-)
