Try clicking on "View" then select "Normal Size." If you don't have a white window with "Location" to the left, I'm out of ideas. You can paste the address in the white space.

I suspect you may have an older version of RealAudio. Here's a link to where you can upgrade to upgrade to Real Player 8 (basic). NOTE: if you select anything except the "stand alone" player, you may end up with some unwanted programs that do weird things to your computer.
