No Late Night Extra on Sunday due to health and safety (grrrrrr!!!)

This appears to be Environmental Health but I can't find a specific ruling on Sundays and stopping at midnight. Has any other festival been affected or is Sidmouth the only one that used to go on to the early hours? some links here:
