I see no problem with photography unless:

1) A flash is used in circumstances where it's distracting to either the performer or the audience, and/or

2) The photographer keeps standing up, and wandering around near the front, to take pictures, without any concern for other peoples' view.

Both of the above offenses are, however, horribly widespread, in my experience.
