I can tell you for a fact, that this was not rehearsed by MTV and the only plan was between the performers and they did not tell anyone what they were planning.

As for the federal appeals court decision, all I can say it - it is about fucking time!!!   

The FCC has become a dangerous force in this country and their reign of terror needs to be halted. With all the issues facing this country, the attacks on freedom of speech have been largely unnoticed.   The FCC created an atmosphere that can only be likened to the McCarthy era. Time to wake up America!!!!
