Stills of this are (at least were) readily available; she had a decorative "applique" thingie surrounding the exposed nipple. How anyone claims to know one way or the other about the other boob, beats me. Everything indicates it was staged, with no reason for the network to suspect it was coming. It was stupid, tasteless, it didn't harm or have any real consequences to a living soul, and fining the network for it was idiocy.
