That long-anticipated first Saddleworth visit lived up to all predictions. High spots? too many to list, but doing my bit in the WOR has to be one; just sorry that the reason for it was Linda's absence.

Hazel and I saw her this afternoon and she was looking better than when we saw her last Thursday. Won't comment further than that as I think she'll be keeping you posted herself.

Low spot? Floating in the bottom of the tent on Saturday morning! No further problems once I'd moved it to a better spot.

I managed to visit most venues, enjoyed sessions and singarounds (Thanks to all the comperes.)

Yes, Chris and Julie were on top form, Mawkin Causley and 4Square
were amazing. Loved Gene's singing.

Met old friends and made new ones - hope to meet some again at Whitby.
