I've bought from CD baby before and their customer service is great, I like the personal touch of their communication.

I've also recently signed up to sell my music* because they offer really reasonable terms to artists (unlike some other online retailers), and the best percentages on digital downloads that I've come across. Also, there's loads of well-thought out advice to artists on selling their music.
