I don't know anything about gay life in Boise, but I can tell you that the last time I was there I went to a hetero "strip club" where the dancers weren't even allowed to remove their tops. I figure that if the powers that be in Boise are that scared of women's breasts, they'd probably really get flipped out by an openly active gay scene like in SF, NO or Atlanta.
