Today (29/07/08) we lost a great friend, a great drummer and one of the nicest human beings you could ever wish to meet.

He wasn't a folkie but music has no barriers

Martin was 55 years old

He was a much loved husband, dad, grandad, son and brother.

We are very lucky to have known him and even luckier to have played in a band with him.

Some of you will have known him and some of you will only have heard me speak of him.
