It is apparently an attempt by skipy to prove that anything he posts about the White Horse Folk Festival gets put below the line because he smokes. I kid you not see here. I really do find it sad and I have, in the past, tried to help. At this stage I give in I'm afraid. Can anyone closer to skipy help him?
