I'm just glad I knew Janet and Bill. Staying with them in Kirkwood when I played at the Focal Point was always a joy. My condolences to the whole wonderfully musical Beers/Boyer family. Along with George and Gerry Armstrong, and Sandy & Caroline Paton, they set a great and gentle standard for so many of us.
