I searched (For obscure reasons of my own) for

"Claude Chappuzeau"
Google gave 2 hits, both valid (sites I already know)

Cuil claimed 2132 hits, but only showed 3 pages, containing 20 items, none of which contained the wanted phrase. (Where did the rest of the hits go?

So this had the two words, but not as a phrase.

But when I took away the quotes, Cuil gave over 6,000 hits. So what is the difference? Who knows, but it doesn't seem very useful.
