The McCain supporters will say stridently their candidate doesn't/didn't/won't lie. The Obama supporters, like the Hilary supporters, will stridently maintain the same is true of their candidate.

Both sides will stridently accuse the other of lying "all the time".

The truth is both sides lie, stretch and maim the truth, and say whatever they feel they have to say to get elected.

Obama is no better or worse than McCain or Clinton on this.

Of course, there is no convincing most liberals that their candidate lies all the time. They believe they have the moral high ground on this.

Ditto the conservatives.
