Irish sessions can be found on the website Ceol Up North. Some world-class players can be found in many of these sessions, especially The Union on Wednesday, The Jolly Angler on Thursday and Saturday and The Magnet in Stockport on Sunday afternoons.

The Harrington Arms in Gawsworth (near Macclesfield) is a mixed session and although I haven't been for over six months due to developing tinnitus I'm hearing good reports from my friends who still go.
