Oh sure, "no harm" unless you happen to hit it in the eye... sheesh. I'm sure the neighbor will get the idea, too: the idea that you want to shoot his dog. In some places they'll arrest you for animal cruelty for pulling a stunt like that. Next thing you know, you'll be sentenced to mandatory counseling because of your aggressive tendencies toward living creatures (which, in the law's eyes, may well portend aggression toward other humans).
