Well... they don't know how to train it. And, yes, it bugs me, but I don't wanna upset the poor old dears.

Now, the couple across the street are in their 30's, but, so is the dog, so it won't be a problem much longer. However, he drives a commercial delivery truck which has a loud backup warning beeper and, when combined with the fact that the idiot can't seem to figure out how to park his truck so the the beeper doen't sound at 5AM.... it's a tad upseeting! I might be able to train him... maybe... ya gotta wonder why he doesn't think of it... besides the fact that a bylaw prohits such vehicles from being parked in residential areas.
