Yes - that Bert Jansch arrangement is a fantastic piece of work, but it's strictly Bert Jansch. It reminds me of the way he (and Pentangle) arranged The Snows on Solomon's Seal - all odd angles and sudden halts. I sense that if you just took the vocal line on its own it would sound pretty weird - so all credit to you for getting an unaccompanied version out of it!
