I have water at the end of the hose... Then when I slip the hose over the PVC, tighten hose clamp, nothin' in the trailer...
Clue??? There are a couple dips in the hose where the water would have to go uphill but at all points the uphills of the hose are still 3-4 feet below the top of the water in the tank???
