Saro - That's good news about Jimmy; I do hope he continues to make good progress.

Many thanks to Sidmouth Steppers for organising that procession which of course did not take place on Sunday morning. Amazingly the rain stopped in good time for it not to happen. And it was a lovely balmy evening for the torchlight procession on Friday.

Bubblyrat - I'm not familiar with the couple you mention (Swiss lady and banjo-playing husband). Think they might be from 'or somewhere', since it's about 100 miles from Penzance to Bideford. They would be very welcome here though.
