Hershey's is independent, President and CEO David J. West, listed on the NYSE as HSY. Annual revenues c. $5 billion, with 13,000 on its payroll. Its premium chocolate is Cacao Reserve, and Artisan Confection which markets Scharffen Berger, etc.
