You are mistaking a mere whimsical turn of humour* (*Canadian spelling) for nagging, Carol. Actually, we-uns all adore and worship women and are prepared to do almost anything to get in their good graces.

Also, some of us have had real trouble meeting the requirements of traditional male roles, as defined by REAL men like John Wayne and Clint Eastwood and Adam Sandler, despite our most valiant attempts to do so. For instance, when I have too much time on my hands I don't lay about, engage in idle boasting, and drink. No! I have failed utterly in that regard. I don't even like to drink.
