Hi all, just thought i would clear a few things up here for you.
My name is Brian and yes i did use to work for Chez Nous untill the end of the 07 season when my partner Rebecca and i thought it was time to leave the sinking ship ! hence starting iechyd da (good health). You may find our prices slightly more expensive than Chez Nous,this is for several reasons, those being that we only use free range meats from our local award winning butchers, unlike others ! all the eggs we use are from free range birds, our milk is always organic, our tea and coffee is always fairly traded, our plates,knives,forks and cups are all biodegradable and one of the main reasons would be that the price on veg oil has doubled since last year hence our yummy hand cut "sorted" potatoes being priced at £2.50 !
As some of you noticed we did have on board with us at Ely the original founders of Chez Nous (Linda and Michele) who came along to give a helping hand as they live close to Ely and couldnt stay away from such a lovely festival.
