I am not sure when the case was decided, but the owner of a chain of motels refused to allow "pay for view" porn to be offered in his motels. Note: theses buildings are private property and how they are run should be for the owners to decide, as long as health and safety rules are followed. A lawsuit was filed and the court orderd the motel chain to offer porn is each and every room, under threat of penalties if they did not.

Is that really an example of "free speech" or is it governmental abuse of power?
