Generally speaking, the more volume, the higher the cut for the hotel. So, if someone signed a contract agreeing to carry all content provided by a pay-per-view provider, adult content included, they'd probably get a better deal than someone who contracted to carry only mainstream movies. If they later tried to weasel out of carrying the porn without renegotiating the contract they'd be guilty of a serious breach of contract.
