because, Dave, Unix/Linux requires more involvement in
'how' it all works. I started messing with computers late..(12 years ago)..and I carefully avoid learning DOS, Unix..etc. My entire being is oriented toward a GUI and programs with menus.

   You might as well say that it is simpler to drive cars with a choke, throttle, and 3 speed stick shift. (Oh, I CAN still drive a stick-shift...but...)
