dont know if it the same one but my son says I have a trojan (?)and we have been trying to get rid of it for 2 days. He is an hour and a half away so has been talking me through the procedure on the telephone, I am a beauty therapist not a computer buff. However the salons computer runs everything, client records, opens till, makes appointments.Help!!
