The major problem with Samuelson's op-ed is that he is wrong about McCain cutting taxes on the rich... The Bush tax cuts are supposed to be sunsetted in 2010 meaning that they will end... McCain has said he would move to make the tax cuts perminent and I take him at his word on that... By making them perminent he, in essence, is cutting the rich folks tax again...
