The Judicial branch interprets cases, with imperfect information, in the context of the constitution. A political fantasy would be sore losers finding out how the system works rather than complaining that it doesn't work as they would like it too. How these people seem able to sustain an entire ideology, not to mention Republican majorities which rob them blind, on wishful thinking and sour grapes.
