Hi Liz; Hope you get back in We've missed you!. Pattymac, I use the recipe on the back of the quaker oats box but I add a teaspoon of almond extract and I put dried cranberries in too. I might also add that I recommend real eggs and real butter. No lard, crisco or margarine and none of those damned egg beaters! I can't tell you cooking time. I have a convection oven and it cooks quite rapidly so your baking time may be different. Good luck and let me know how they turn out, reguards, Neil
