Sarah Palin, whose education was in a small Idaho college, majoring in journalism and won her governor's race as a fluke because Murkowski became unpopular - TOTALLY NOT QUALIFIED for any federal level office!

In January 1997, Palin fired the Wasilla police chief, citing a failure to support her administration. In response, a group of 60 residents calling themselves Concerned Citizens for Wasilla discussed attempting a recall campaign against Palin, but decided against it. The fired police chief later sued Palin on the grounds that he was fired because he supported the campaign of Palin's opponent, but his suit was dismissed when the judge ruled that Palin had the right under state law to fire city employees, even for political reasons."

She criticized wasteful spending, then went ahead with building a big ice rink that has caused the city to cut back on funding for such things as the library. Well, she is anti-science, too, so I guess the library is not as important to her as having a hockey rink built in her name.
