The "what exactly interview question" is ruthlessly employed by Bill O'Reilly except he won't the person respond if they do know exactly and want to answer. Or he yells "NAME THREE INCIDENTS!" over and over as if the person does not know, and cuts their mike.

CNN did not do that, they were extremely courteous.
