Stevie Deux is definitely weak in the visual and in the vision. He proposes a new tax and does not explain it clearly. Then, because he CANNOT explain it, he waters it down and tries to save face... weak ain't the word. Pathetic is more like it... shot himself in the foot at the wrong time and Stevie One knows it.
