I never said it could not be replaced, but I have yet to hear ANYONE come up with a logical idea that makes sense.

Your monkey in a cage scenario does not work. Take the cage away and the monkey still has boundaries. A monkey does not live alone. The system we have needs improvements, but it is more than a form of government that needs to be worked on. People need to change and evolve. That requires more than just complaining.
