What a weekend! After disastrous van trouble (broken master cylinder) we finally made it there on the Friday. Yes the weather was appalling and the wettest knockholt ever but we all got stuck in s'cuse the pun and made the most of it.

Richard I'm so glad you still managed to enjoy your birthday, despite any thoughts you might have you are a very well loved and respected friend to many people and it's a priveledge to know you.

We also heard the mysterious whistler on Sat night it was very surreal and very beautiful, whoever it was they should have come and joined us, perhaps they had and we just couldn't see them!

We made it out in one go as I thought there might be problems we left fairly early before it all got too churned up. Apologies for not staying till last and helping with the marquee as we usually do.
