We also encourage those who WILL be there both nights to sign up on Sunday, so that tho who must leave early Sunday can have a chance on Sat. If you do sign up on Sat., it is nice to give others a chance on Sunday and not take a 2nd slot unless there seems to be empty places as supper approaches.
   We have SO many talented folks these days...we could go on till the wee hours, even with one slot per person.

It's just like in workshops or 'open' singing in the evening...basic politeness is good. Offer everyone a chance...even the shy ones who aren't as good at 'timing'...*grin*
