Well now, I've just read through all the mailings on this and yes, I've been asked the same question. I look like an Irishman, I think like an Irishman but I sound like an Englishman. I was born and grew up in Manchester,(thank God it wasn't Birmingham or London !) Been playing music, much of it Irish, for 35 years and some people just don't get it.
