Seems like if they can make speeches, you can make speeches too. Why let them shunt you over to the sidelines for a one-on-one conversation when you can speak to the assembled multitudes?

Personally, I think people are entitled to believe what they want, without some clown getting in their face about it. I consider standing on a street corner and yelling to be getting in my face.

The point that I make is that the song says "They'll know we are christians by our love" -I don't hear love, I hear hate and fear, and that tells me who you really are. You have your own points--stand up and tell them to the world.

You're a teacher, you can talk to a group--you should do it. Encourage others to do it, as well. The police will let you do it, and if they don't, you've got your legal case. The Hell-Fire people will have to let you speak based on the same grounds that they are let to speak, and if they don't you've got you legal case.


Get a sympathetic lawyer, get a sound recorder, and have fun with it.
