Whatever ism you want to call it, any bailout should require:a) fire the greedy nincompoops that were responsible for the mess. NO severance. b)Make sure that any profits that accrue go to the taxpayers who are footing the bill c) Make sure that anyone making a bailout expenditure is legally accountable.
