Ron, thanks for telling us about the post-game ceremony, somber as it undoubtedly was. I'm surpried that ESPN did not mention it at all on SportsCenter last night and this morning ~ shame on them! (They certainly gave more than enough coverage to the last game at that other New York stadium!)

As a fan of the man, you probably already know this, but I'll say it anyway: Ron Swoboda has become a long-time adopted New Orleanian and a local media character, not only as a sportscaster but also as a food-and-wine maven and a knowledgeable music critic.
